Stallion Airware places design and manufacturing ingenuity high up in the air for the modern day airlines. There is an in-house design team that creates 3D models and renderings for new designs and undertakes rapid prototyping through pilot moulds.
The company has an in-house manufacturing set-up for mass scale processing of petro-polymers and bio-polymers. Our proprietary knowledge of these polymers helps us make airline rotables that have high levels of - scratch resistance, temperature withstanding capability and chemical resistance for dishwasher applications.
A dedicated setup is created for manufacturing of airline food equipment including bi-injection machines to process complicated double color components that add to the product appeal and shelf life. Stallion Airware has also developed proprietary anti-skid techniques that are applied while the product is being moulded to avoid any secondary operations.
